Wedding colour trends 2013

I love the creative minds of the wedding industry, and I love all my wedding industry friends. They inspire me everyday! Recently, Michelle from Magnolia Studios and I decided we want to do a piece/mini shoot on wedding colours and trends. With the help of our friends, we pulled this off in a week, in my home before she left for vacation. :) Today, I guest post an article based on this shoot on Uschi and Kay - read all about our thoughts on trends and colour inspiration for 2013, and some tips as well.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner. This year is special, as it is my first year celebrating as a mom. Having my son is the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me. Now I understand all the emotions that other moms go through. I understand how you see your child as the most perfect being ever. I know why moms cry at their childrens’ wedding. And I also know why they look upon them with a beaming smile, proud of who they are when they get married. Read more

Wedding flowers and bouquets

Having grown up in Malaysia, I’ve always had sun all year round. So winter in Canada always seem extremely long for me. I am so ready for spring. Having said that, I’m so glad to see the sun out! It makes me really happy to know Spring is here! Lovestrucked!

Lovestruck Expo hosted by the awesome, and very talented Darling and Daisy came and went last Sunday. Style Me Pretty Alert!

Yesterday morning, my past August couple texted me and told me that their wedding will be on SMP today at 9am. What a pleasant surprise! I didn’t even know they were going to submit their wedding in. I’m humble that they have included me in the wedding list. It was my first wedding after having baby Kai 1.5 month after and I only coordinated half the wedding. However, in their words, they couldn’t have done it without me, and I’m extremely thankful for that appreciation.
